I offer aromatherapy or therapeutic massage, reflexology, Bach flower remedies, ear candling, and manual lymph drainage. Treat lymphoedema and lipoedema, and facilitate Hellinger family constellation in Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia.
I am a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists, UK (AoR), MLDUK, a professional organisation of manual lymph drainage practitioners, and the Dr. Edward Bach Foundation, UK.
A brief description of the treatments:
Aromatherapy: massage using aromatic essential oils to relax, rejuvenate and help heal body, mind and spirit.
Therapeutic Massage: deeper massage working on muscles and tendons.
Reflexology: an ancient art of healing by restoring balance and harmony by working on the feet (or hands).Bach Flower remedies: the gentle use of these remedies helps balance our emotional states and allows us to move forward in life.
Ear Candling: softens ear wax, alleviates neck tension, pressure headaches, plus great if experiencing sinus and ear canal discomfort.
Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder method): an gentle skin technique which stimulates the lymphatic system and calms the nervous system.
Lymphoedema and Lipoedema advice & therapy: specialized treatment and advice to help reduce the size and discomfort of swollen limbs and/or body.Hellinger Family Constellations: working with and feeling the energy fields, clearly shows were blockages and burdens are causing difficulties within relationships - both private or business.
These help my clients achieve deeper levels of
relaxation, well-being and balance.
